This blog was inspired by Proverbs 27:17 which states "As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend." In my quest to reach out to other Christian men, my prayer is that we can all learn and grow in the truth of God's Word. 1 Peter 5:9 reads "Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith.Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of sufferings you are." God Bless You, and may He keep you

Got a question
One of the last things I want to do is talk politics and religion. Sometimes thats just a hard thing to do unless you and the other person have some sort of mutual understanding between yourselves. But I will ask this question without the focus on any particular political agenda: How does your religious or spiritual values weigh in with a candidate who shares a faith not of your own. Case in point: Mitt Rommey is a republican candidate who is Mormon. Everyone knows the Christian church can make or break a candidate. There is a question as to whether or not this man will be able to get the backing of conservative christians despite the fact that many believe Mormonism runs contrary to the Bible. If he shares the main points of our Chrisitan family values, do you vote him into office, or do you shun him based on his strict Morman faith?
