one of the ideas I had was for us to study men of the bible (discples, prophets, etc) and see how issues in their lives are applicable to us today. Some of the greatest heroes and martyrs of the bible faced very similiar situation that we face today. We can relate to so many of those who have gone before us...David was a man after God's own heart and had one of the worst track records ever recorded...lol
